Unique weddings for
lovers of Australia

Why get married
in Australia?

  • Because you don't have to be Australian to get married in Australia, how cool is that?
  • Because why not?! If you already had your legal marriage ceremony (e.g. overseas) and love the idea of having an Australian celebration, what about a renewal of vows or a commitment ceremony?
  • Because everything is possible: you can marry all year round (any day, any time) and anywhere you like in Australia*!
  • Because you don't have to spend thousands! Together we can create a unique, fun and memorable experience for the two of you and keep it intimate (5 people minimum for a wedding ceremony which includes you two, your two witnesses and me as your celebrant).

* Australian marriage laws apply to all States and Territories in Australia, as well as Norfolk Island, Christmas Island and the Cocos Islands.

About Sandra

Born in France and living in Australia for the last 15 years, I have a very strong connection with my adopted land.

In love with the ocean, my husband and I got married in one of the most unique and fun ways: on Stand Up Paddle boards (SUP). This was our dream wedding which became true here, in Australia. Since then, I decided to share my experience by becoming a marriage celebrant to assist you to create a unique and memorable ceremony on your special day.

Have you ever pictured yourselves getting married on surfboards, or under the sea, or on top of a mountain surrounded by snow, or at sunset with kangaroos in the background... the options are limitless and you can count on me to make it happen in English or French!

A bit more about Sandra as a celebrant

Creative, elegant and always up for some new challenges. I'm also a learning professional and have a passion for sustainable living. I'll encourage you to make the most of the beautiful natural and local resources Mother Nature offers. How? Just ask me and I'll share my tips and ideas on how we can create a green (low impact) ceremony.

4 Simple Steps

Step 1
Introduction

We will organise an initial meeting, at a suitable time and place, to connect and start discussing your dream ceremony (options and requirements; day, time, location, theme, etc.). We can phone or WhatsApp if you're located interstate or overseas.

Step 2
Documentation

Should you decide to go ahead after our initial meeting, there are a few legal documents you'll need to complete such as the Notice of intended Marriage. This must be done at least one month and one day prior to the date of the ceremony. I'm here to support and guide you!

Step 3
Preparation

We work together to draft your ceremony and tweak it as many times as needed to ensure you're happy with the final touch. We can even organise a rehearsal before your big day.

Step 4
Celebration

Here comes your special day! I will be at the agreed time and place around 30 minutes early to ensure everything is ready to go. Don't be late on this very important day!

We loved working with Sandra! From the initial meeting until the day of, the whole process was seamless and stress-free. We even had our marriage certificate waiting for us when we returned from our honeymoon, which just amazed our family and friends. Thank you for everything!
